You may book your room in our hotel during the registration process.

If you would like to stay nights that are showing as not available this means they are sold out in our block. Please contact us about this.
If you are sharing a room with another attendee, only one of you needs to book the room. Please indicate the name of the attendee you are sharing with in the comments field.
If you would like to stay nights before or after the event and they are showing as not available, please ask the Event Manager as these are on request to the hotel before you make a payment.
